No doubt, I think Newt Gingrich won this debate. If he pulls his team back together he will be even better. RTR!

I didn't see it, ricky, but a story I read somewhere said many Americans think Romney came out on top. What do those of y'all that saw it think?

I believe Newt without his staff out did them all. When he gets his staff back together he will be able to out debate Obama or anyone else. I think Mitt did ok, and Bachmann was fair. Tim pawlenty did not go for the kill on Obama care and it may have set him back a long ways. JMHO. RTR!

I did not see the debate. Everything I have read said Romney won.

Newt is fighting an uphill battle IMO.

There is a national push from a rapidly growing grass roots group pushing for SC senator Jim DeMint to run for President. If he does, he will have the support of the vast majority of Tea Partiers. I'm telling ya, if you want a true conservative in the White House, this is your guy. He's immensely popular in SC.

Hey 2stater is there a point in time when he will answer the call? Right now he would be behind with debates already happening. RTR!

Preacher, he said a few months ago that he wouldn't run and still may not, but there are a lot of people that would like to see him do it, including me.

I like Newt also, but he'll never win. He is ripe fodder for the liberal media. They'll spin him out of contention like they did Romney during the last race.
