Jones, one of the best return men in the country, was Alabama's reception leader through most of 2013, but his production dipped during the second half of the season. He caught just three passes for 31 yards in Alabama's final three games to finish with 36 receptions, 349 yards and two touchdowns. He had three catches for 21 yards Saturday, according to stats provided by Alabama media relations. Black, a third-year sophomore, caught eight passes for 79 yards and two touchdowns and also had a 31-yard touchdown run last season. He typically served as Jones' backup over the past two seasons in Doug Nussmeier's offense. -- Unprompted, Saban doled out some praise to his top three running backs.
