Joe Jacks our sheriff is a very Honorable man and he will make sure his part will be by the book. He is also a man who will help you anyway he can. The judge you Marcel would have to face is in an election year, and it looks like he is gonna get beat this time. He is a rude and very unlikable judge. He may have other things to worry about so it could be lighter on Marcel, he knows this county is 90% Alabama fans. They take their football seriously. This is where Bobby Swafford cam from that played tight end at Alabama. RTR! I have spent MANY hours going through the National Forest back roads & trails in that area. Had many great times there. I lived in Oxford (great town) for many years & would drive there on weekends.
