Former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez, already jailed in connection with the murder of a friend, has been indicted for first-degree murder in connection with a fatal double shooting in Boston, prosecutors said Thursday.

Daniel Jorge Correia de Abreu and Safiro Teixeira Furtado were gunned down in a drive-by attack after leaving the Cure Lounge on July 16, 2012. No arrests were made at the time

During an arraignment on Wednesday, the Suffolk County district attorney's office presented its evidence that it said shows former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez shot and killed two men in Boston in 2012.

The district attorney said Hernandez was upset about getting bumped by a patron of a nightclub, which spilled his drink. The victim had no idea there was even a problem with Hernandez or anyone else before he was shot hours later, according to the D.A.

The New England Patriots wisely chose image over salary-cap implications when they released Aaron Hernandez last June.
The Patriots lost $7.5 million in cap room for the 2014 season when they made that decision, but obviously it looks like the right choice as more information comes out about the former tight end.

All I can say is this guy is walking evil. If he goes to prison he will kill someone in there or be killed. He's one bad dude.

Former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, already facing three charges of murder in two separate cases, pled not guilty to an alleged assault on another inmate and asked the court to dismiss one of the murder charges today. 
The former football superstar appeared in court on Monday, June 16, after being indicted on charges of the assault and battery of another inmate. He is also charged with making threats against the life of a guard while in jail. Hernandez pleaded not guilty during his appearance in court on Monday.

From what the accounts of these writings show this is a mean person. I have to say he needs prayer. When I was chosen I have to say we need to pray for the mean as well as the good. I don't think he will see a football jersey again or the inside of a stadium. RTR!

Long before Hernandez made national headlines, he was a standout athlete in Bristol, Connecticut, who came from a family described as a local sports dynasty.
"I don't think there was another family that was more familiar in Bristol," Bob Montgomery, who covers high school sports for the Bristol Press, told CNN.
The young Hernandez was the "golden boy," playing football, basketball and running track, following in the footsteps of his uncle, older brother and father -- all well-known athletes in the community

Hernandez has pleaded not guilty in the June 17, 2013, killing of Odin Lloyd, who was shot six times at an industrial park less than a mile from Hernandez's home in North Attleborough. Lloyd was dating the sister of Hernandez's fiancee. At the time of the killing, the star tight end had a $40 million contract with the Patriots.
