In all fairness he did come to Alabama and will leave as a part of the family because he is doing what is right for him for sure. He sees the talent around him. QB has to be the hardest position to earn the starting spot on any team. I imagine he wants to go elsewhere and get some playing time. I don't blame him and hope he finds a school that works out well for him. I hope he can look back at his time in Tuscaloosa with fond memories.

Sure there are guys ahead of him, but plenty of time to develop. I suppose Bateman being ahead of him doesn't help though. So it's not just a question of immediate playing time.
