Howard is up to 240 pounds but it's come with a sacrifice. He gave up his post-dinner habit of eating two Snickers bars.

Asked what he's added to his diet to replace the Snickers, Howard offered a surprising substitute.

"Ice cream, to be honest with you," he said.

I've been eating ice cream for years, and I'm here to tell you:
I've lost a lot of speed!
