Title: ESPN: Impact true freshmen: Western Division Post by: pmull on June 29, 2011, 01:03:05 PM Ha’Sean Clinton-Dix and Cyrus Kouandjio are listed as impact freshmen by ESPN's Chris Low.
Quote Ha’Sean Clinton-Dix, S: Alabama boasts one of the best safety tandems in the league in Mark Barron and Robert Lester, but the 6-foot-1, 203-pound Clinton-Dix has the size and skill set to come in and make the Crimson Tide even stronger on the back end of their defense. Cyrus Kouandjio, OT: One of the top offensive tackle prospects in the country last year, Kouandjio could provide some immediate depth. The Tide were already looking at moving All-SEC guard Barrett Jones to left tackle. http://espn.go.com/blog/sec/post/_/id/24178/impact-true-freshmen-western-division Title: Re: ESPN: Impact true freshmen: Western Division Post by: rueben on June 29, 2011, 01:07:38 PM The wife and I are at odds over the next dog we get. The barn is so down that even Reese Dismukes will make an impact,-- until the season starts. I'd rather have Reese Weatherspoon. JMHO

Now, Kouandjio could be an impact player. I am more concened about moving Barrett Jones. He's a bonifide All American at guard, why would you screw that up? ??? I agree with your comment about Clinton-Dix and Kouandjio. He is not mentioned in the ESPN article but I think D. Hart will be an impact freshman. |
