Well shoot I think there is nothing better than a Taz thread. He was with me for years and was my precious Black Chow with that Black tongue. Taz was my buddy always protected my wife. RTR!

TAZ has a kinder heart than many....hope someone can find him.  I feel sure he will join us.  Someone said he is one of the Tide Facebook members.  There are about 100 of them.

I hope someone who is in touch with him sees this thread. :)

I think TPLaw started that facebook group.  I think she signed up here the first day but has never posted.  If any of you are part of that group feel free to invite them on over.  Personally I am not on facebook or I would do it myself.

I've looked for TAZ )aka the annoying jumping frog) on all forums I can think of.  Can't find him.  I think I still have his e-mail addy; I'll try to get him to bring some sophistication here.   :)

Ok I have went to my FB page and I looked for all these folks and I can't find either. I guess they are not under that name. I hope some of our top recruiters will come over. We all ready have the general and now we need to add to. RTR!

My daughter's softball team won their game last night beating a 3A team 9-5. W 1A team which makes the win even sweeter.  Scheduled to play a 2A team tonight.  So far we're (I'm an assistant coach for the team) 7-5 on the year and have only been beaten by two 4A and three 3A schools and are undefeated against both 1A and 2A schools. 

Pappy - is the fact you have a 7-5 record BECAUSE you're the assistant coach, or despite being the assistant coach?   :P

Jamos, there was a big bass tourney this past weekend on Lake Guntersville.  Big bass was caught in the middle of a huge thundestorm, weight over 11 pounds I'm told...

Wow, just to catch a fish in the middle of a thunderstorm on Lake Guntersville is a feat in itself. What is the lake record, that is a big fish. I went to Lake Fork last Sept. for the McDonalds big fish tournament and a 11.06 lb won, that guy made around a $100,000. My friends had just fished the tree top where he caught the fish, they actually watched him catch it while they were throwing up.

We have another beautiful day.  The storms were bad for a while last night, but everything looks green and fresh this morning.

Good morning everyone. I hope everyone is ok from the storms. From the looks of it we had a tornado here. A column has been blown off our side porch. One of Mom's wrought iron chairs is busted to pieces, shingles in the yard, a top of a tree has been blown off. Some lattice blown down and a house  down the street burned completely up when a tree fell on a power line and caught it on fire. There are trees down and uprooted all over the neighborhood. One on a truck, and a couple on a house. No injuries that I've heard "yet though"

Praise the Lord for no injuries Taz. Hey where you at, if you don't mind my asking? RTR!

James Spann made me laugh.  They had a split-screen with the radar (which was so small, you couldn't tell anything) and Dancing With The Stars (no audio, though).

He announced that people could stop sending all the hate emails about not having DWIS audio.  He said something like, "we love you and we get it...you hate us right now".

Hey CP, I put that on their for you the other day after a couple of people addressed you as sir.  I hope you don't mind.  I can take it back off if you want.

For those of you who don't know, you get that sign by going into your profile and specifying something in the gender field.  The gender field is empty by default in case someone doesn't want to make that information public (particularly the ladies).  As soon as you put something in that field the symbol will automatically show up on your posts.

A lot of times I will just go in there and set the field for you if I notice that you stated your gender publicly in a post.  I am happy to do that for anyone who asks.

Good morning folks.  Got a bit of hail this morning within a thunderstorm.  Supposed to get more rain this afternoon.

Morning NALT, see you and the kids made it home ok. My wife and I really enjoyed watching the game with all of you.

It was a lot of fun for us as well.  Runt had a great time as usual.  K played a double-header on Monday.  Won the first game in 2-1/2 innings 24-0.  Won the second 13-0 in less than two.  Their pitcher injured her knee during the bottom of the 2nd and couldn't continue so their coach had to call the game.  Our SS got two HR's in the first inning of the first game too.  One of them was a grandslam HR.  Pretty impressive hit...

Morning everyone.  Raining horizontally (literally) in Tuscaloosa right now.  I suspect many people are hunkering down in fear after last week's storms....

Pulling in behind him, the police officer walked up to the driver’s side of the BMW, looked at his watch and said, ‘Sir, my shift ends in 10 minutes. Today is Friday and I’m taking off for the weekend. If you can give me a reason why you were speeding that I’ve never heard before, I’ll let you go.’

The man looked very seriously at the policeman and replied, ‘Years ago, my wife ran off with a policeman. I thought you were bringing her back.’

‘Have a good day, Sir,’ said the policeman.
