I picked TN too.  17 points seemed high, these teams played to OT last year, and I figure on another close game.

GA starting to gain momentum.  TD GA.

10-7 UTk
TN went 3 and out deep in their own territory, punted, and GA got a 39 yard return.  Followed by a 16 yard rush by Gurley.  And a TD run by Mason.

Fire doused by that interception. UT is playing with purpose and like they know what they want to do. Still, only lead by 3.

I give Georgia credit, they had plenty of early adversity in the game but they keep coming back. They are driving the football now. On the 1 and getting ready to score. Gurley running good. TD Gurley over-the-top. 14-10 UGA.

TN had good results passing early, not sure why they keep trying to run now.   ???

Correct. UGA should win but not by 17. Coach Jones has UT looking organized, but still too little depth & talent.

Glad to see Dee Hart having success.  He was one of those guys, like Blake Sims in years past, who just couldn't get on the field except on special teams.  I think Lane Kiffin might have found something to do with him, but he's got the Drake instead.

This game was a toss-up for me.  Arky played the barn tough to half-time, then melted in the second half.  Then they pounded it all day v. TT.  I expected this game to be tight into halftime, but then the Aggies to adjust and pull away in the second half.  I'm not so sure anymore, Aggies don't look quite as good as v. USCe, and Arky is determined.

Texas 13  Kansas 0  3rd qtr   How pathetic is it for Texas to struggle against Kansas?

NCST 38  fsu 28  Winston has a fumble and an INT-still plenty of time in the game

Barn 24  La Tech 10  6:54 in 3rd qtr

Arky 28  A&M 14   A&M offense looking very overrated

Cincy 7  Ohio St 7  1st qtr

We're okay.
A&M has had to load the box to stop the run, exposing their DBs.  We shouldn't have so much trouble stopping the run.

No matter how this game ends up, FSU has been exposed and is NOT the #1 team in the country.

I thought that last game when they went overtime.

Saban initially built the D to stop LSU's power rushing game, and has had to revamp to deal with the spread offenses.  But Bama still has plenty of talent to stop the run.

Just how dumb is Brady Hoke? Does he think Saban got rid of Nussmeir because he loved what he was doing with our offense? Plus, Hoke doesn't want to pass the ball that much, he wants to grind it out, like the 1960's. A true "Michigan Man."

Yup.  "Sucks" seems to be the operative word today.

 :tinfoil:

You're pick'em or the Mizzou/USC game?

 :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:
Like ND just threw a meaningless pick 6 with 5 minutes left to cut their lead to 13.

South Carolina choked away a 2 score lead.  And Ohio State piled on meaningless points late when Cincy was going for it on fourth down.

Agree about USCe and GA being inconsistent.  LSU is another team like that in the West.  And the Aggies.  I think at least one of those inconsistent teams will beat the Barn.

Notre Dame deep in Syracuse territory.  Don't just run out the clock. A score here, any score, preserves the spread.    :makemyday:

I don't know why I picked USC.  I must have forgotten that they stink.

TD USC to take the lead.  Rah.   :nah:
