Rushing defense
Last week: 89.78 yards allowed per game (1st, 3rd)
This week: 94.6 (1st, 3rd)   
Why: Mississippi State gained 138 on 40 attempts.

Pass efficiency defense
Last week: 107.13 (3rd, 25th)
This week: 107.29 (3rd, 14th) 
Why: Dak Prescott completed 27-of-48 passes for 290 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions.

Total defense
Last week: 275.2 yards allowed per game (1st, 4th)
This week: 290.5 (1st, 6th) 
Why: Mississippi State gained 428 on 88 plays.

Good info, I love stats. The Tide D played great & stopped MSU cold for most of the game.
