The more I am reading, it sounds like reports are two weeks from people that might know (bamaonline mods, TI), but rumors are that it's torn, which would put him out for the season. It is the degree to wicth he tore it that we will be concerned about.
BTW while we are on the subject, a fractured bone, and a broken bone....same thing also. A one armed man should not be in the game playing safety, but that is another story. He was out for the bowl game if I recall correctly, so it seems plausible that Lacy could be out for the season. I guess it just depends on how severe it is. Hopefully he will be back soon. We still have 37 days to go, so maybe he can be back in time for the meat of the SEC schedule.

I'm sure we are looking in the same places but I can not find a credible source to confirm the injury or how severe the injury may be. Hopefully it is something minor and he will not be out long. He won't be able to work his upper body, but that shouldn't hold him back to much. His legs are the key as a "running back" obviously. If the 3-4 weeks is accurate, I bet he is ready to go by Penn St. (6 weeks from tomorrow). I think we will be OK.
