That said, Bourn should be a big improvement, I just hope he doesn't have a Dan Uggla start.

That said, Bourn should be a big improvement, I just hope he doesn't have a Dan Uggla start. They lose nothing defensively with Bourn, but gain some offense and SB skills. I don't see him pulling an Uggla (I hope). Yeah, Schaefer plays his heart out, but doesn't make enough offensive noise. Good trade. They just had runners at 1st & 3rd, nobody out and couldn't score. Marlins up 3-1.

Having a solid lead-off man who can steal is such valuable commidity. This is a great trade and it cost them very little.
