Bravo to the pilots.  It sounds like they did exactly what they were supposed to do.

The recent crash in Taiwan was very similar, except the boneheads decided it would be a good idea to shut down the good engine too so they could try to restart the failed engine.  They ended up crashing in a river and killing most people onboard.  I have no idea how some of those knuckleheads get their ATP ticket.
