Title: Alabama vs. Gators Softball Post by: N.AL-Tider on March 21, 2015, 03:53:04 PM Game one was a pitcher's dual. Osorio pitched a complete game and I think struck out 6. Don't remember how many hits she gave up but she lost the game 1-0. Playing the double-header game at 5:30 this evening. Time for some revenge! >:(

I'm supposing that game three will take place this evening at 6 p.m. though... Game Three is Monday at 6:00. This was a Sat-Sun-Mon series due to TV scheduling. A lot of SEC baseball and softball played unscheduled double headers yesterday because of the expected rain today. Bama baseball did the same thing. There is no game today. Game two will resume Monday afternoon and Game 3 will be at 6:00 Monday as originally scheduled. Bama blew open a very tight game with a two run HR my McCleney in the 5th to take a 2-1 lead. We got three insurance runs in the 6th with McCleney again delivering the big hit with a two run triple. Alexis Osorio pitched a 4 hit gem giving up only one run.

Haylie McCleney accounted for four of the Tide's five runs, hitting a two-run homer in the fifth and a two-run triple in the sixth.
