Title: WR Duron Carter Not Yet Eligible
Post by: Marshal Dillon on August 05, 2011, 03:39:02 PM
This really caught me off guard. We are getting hit with the full gamut of stuff going wrong, transfers, injuries, and now this. Sheesh, what else can go wrong?!

Eddie Lacy, Menzie but Saban debunked that one, & Dee Hart.

CNS said " We have no injuries right now." Besides if he had a torn pec..he'd have more black on than the sleeve...

LOL, I think this is part ofthe  reason he went off on the press today. One thing when you and I get it straight form the net, but it's pretty bad when the press does,a nd does not confirm nor verify...

I'm guessing, and I use the word guessing, the NCAA hasn't given them the go ahead. I think he finished his school work and has been on campus for a few days.

Internet rumors have consequences as in 'what if Menzie's Mom got fifty calls the other night'.

In cases like this, just remember back to your own college experience if you ever tried to transfer credits. They don't always. You have to match up the class to the similar one at your institution. And you don't have to accept them. I have had students with credits from for-profits denied because we don't trust the academic integrity from a place like University of Phoenix.  I am sure this is just a delay in getting all the parties on the same page. Its frustrating but not unexpected when dealing with several bureaucracies.
