Bama softball has become the "hot potato" of college softball and I hope the university can see the value of what this team is bringing to the already number one athletic program in the NCAA. They have just spent 22 million on an almost dead baseball program which is bringing nothing of value to the school. CPM needs 3.5 million to complete the work that needs to be done on his stadium, that is no more than peanuts to the school and you would think that Bill Battle could see fit to finish the needed work. By the way, Bill Battle was at the softball game yesterday so maybe he has some interest in the program, I know Judy Bonner does. Maybe a few emails to Bill Battle could get the ball rolling? RTR!!!

The softball program also deserves to have the best facilities possible simply due to the success' they have enjoyed over the years. I have toured their locker rooms and the indoor practice facility and was in awe. If the ladies need it, I say give it to 'em! For that matter, I'd be happy to make donation myself...
