We lost our Sheltie 2 yrs. ago and I had to be there to put him to sleep. I feel your pain truly.
God may your Blesses be on this brother and his family. We know you created all things and your have control. We know Lord that you have appointed age as a time to leave this world. Father we ask now that for this family you restore if it be Thy Will this true friend to this family. In the name of our Lord and Saviour jesus we ask this prayer. Amen. God Bless my brother!

Our dog lost the fight. She battled to the very end. Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers. In time the pain will ease. My son seems to be taking it harder than my wife an I thought. We will ease his pain with a new picture for his night table.
Our saving grace is football is nearly here. No more freaking the dog out and her hiding under the table when I scream at the tv.

Again thank you all.

Prayers are with your family.

Ever read "Rescuing Sprite" written by Mark R. Levin, syndicated conservative radio host .

A Dog Lover's Story of Joy and Anguish. Great book.

I gave a copy to my son 2 years ago. It will make you tear up.

Remind him there are animals in Heaven so there is no reason that dogs could not be there. I will certainly have him in my prayers and you all. God Bless my friend.

Time has a way of healing. Even the loss of man's best friend.

I am sorry to hear about your dog. I have 2 friends that lost their dogs this summer. One was a 17 year old Terrier. We have 2 dogs and they are family to us.
