The Tide will practice for the first time in full pads. Teams must practice the first two days of fall camp in shorts and no shoulder pads. Then they can practice with shorts and shoulder pads for two days. After one day in full pads, teams can begin two-a-day practices. Alabama will hold four sessions of two-a-days, beginning Wednesday. "I mean, we've already been in shoulder pads and helmets," senior wide receiver Brandon Gibson said. "It's hot enough, but it'll be even hotter tomorrow. I hope we don't have heat related problems. I watched Muschamp at Fla. on ESPN and even in the heat he was screaming and pushing those guys hard, we better get ready. RTR!

I hope we don't have heat related problems. I watched Muschamp at Fla. on ESPN and even in the heat he was screaming and pushing those guys hard, we better get ready. RTR! Yep, I saw that too. I think Florida made a wise choice when they hired him. I suspect their program is going to be in much better shape with him as the coach after he has a few years to get everything in place. He may be pushing his guys, which is necessary, but the information coming out from their ESPN special also showed they maintain a big emphasis on proper, constant hydration.
