Cornell told ESPN senior NFL analyst Chris Mortensen that Pryor admitted his mentor, Ted Sarniak, gave him and his mother cash and helped with car payments. After a 2008 NCAA investigation into Pryor's recruitment, Sarniak, a family friend, was told he could no longer give Pryor money or gifts.

I knew this had to be related to getting in the NFL somehow, but I didn't know the details so I didn't say anything.  Guys like that only look out for themselves.  If we could only get a certain other player in a position where it would benefit him to confess...

I sorta hate it, kinda liked OSU as they had a good rep and a good program at times. Besides, their campus is beautiful..I've been ther a few times for conferences and seminars..got apple trees planted all over the campus..one can pick an apple wlaking to class..their golf course is fantastic also.

The NFL said that Pryor can play in preseason games after he is drafted and signs but he is not eligible to practice with his new team or play in a game until Week 6 of the season. Pryor will be allowed at his new team's training facility for meetings and to work with coaches during the time he is ineligible, however.

"... Pryor made decisions that undermine the integrity of the eligibility rules for the NFL Draft. Those actions included failing to cooperate with the NCAA and hiring an agent in violation of NCAA rules, which resulted in Ohio State declaring him ineligible to continue playing college football.

"Pryor then applied to enter the NFL after the regular draft. Pryor had accepted at the end of the 2010 college football season a suspension for the first five games of the 2011 season for violating NCAA rules. Pryor will be ineligible to practice prior to or play in the first five games of the NFL regular season after he signs."

Yeah, that'll really teach him a lesson. He wouldn't be a factor for any team, meaning he wouldn't play anyway. Once again, the NFL shows its true colors. They, without a doubt, should have made him wait until next year.

If you saw any of their preseason game, you know that ain't gonna happen. Not because Cam's that good, but because Clausen sucks.

I hate to do this but Cam, as bad as I dislike his attitude, led Auburn from 24-0 at the half to win over us in the IB. To me this says he is pretty good like it or not. RTR!
