Title: interesting take on implicated coaches

Intersting read on Stoutland and company. I think we need to let everything play.

Stoutland's involvement seems very minor by all accounts.  It would be quite crippling to fire him at this point, but I would relieve him of all his recruiting duties if I were CNS. I don't believe the whole staff can recruit at the same time anyway...seems like there's a limit of 5 or 6.  I know there's a limit for those who are on the road recruiters.

As for Pannuzio or whatever his name is, if what I can gather is true, he'd be history ASAP.  The fact that Shapiro won't rat him out and there are 422 contacts between them in 5 years leads me to believe he might've been the lead of it all.

#+ I have to give you an e-cred for this post. I agree but it does sound as if CNS will be watching them both closely. I do think CNS is into giving a 2nd chance if he changes his action, IF ANY need Changing. RTR!

I could see Pannuzio losing his gig at any time. Stoutland is entirely different. I think he stays, but is on a short leash.

Phone records will get you caught and convicted pretty quick if you're doing something illegal.  ;)

Let's see...422 calls in say 5 yrs..that's about 85 calls a yr, about 7 per week, at least one a day..what the h*ll did those guys have to talk about?  Pinnoccio STINKS!!

CNS had better get rid of this weasel NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And put Stoutland on a lease!

I'm telling you folks, we can't stand any more BS!!!!!

Some of you thought the text book thing was petty and would blow over..WRONG!!!!

Saban: All this stuff about Miami, I don't know about Miami. We do have people who worked there. Before people are hired,we do an NCAA check just said that they did background checks.

You put 7 calls per week. 7 calls per month.

Still a lot of calls.

There are other schools that have hired coaches from Miami from that era so Bama isn't the only school with this issue. I think Georgia's recruiting head is part of the Miami staff, not sure.

Coach Crisp:  My math was wrong..that's the reason I am not an engineering grad.

FWIW:  I worked for Coach Crisp in 1966..on the work study program, cleaning up the girls tennis courts..not a bad gig for 1.25/hr.
