After the game, Clement said Wisconsin's lack of a running game resulted from quarterback Joel Stave's passing success. He completed 26 of 39 passes for 228 yards as Clement said "we were catching a groove." But what hard about running between the tackles against Alabama?

"It was nothing difficult," he said. "It was just we haven't found our groove yet."

This kid is either delusional or stupid, or both.  Or maybe he is just demonstrating that quality Wisconsin education that he has acquired.

I think he got hit on the head like their DB did.

:lol2:

The offensive line showed a bit more of their quality Wisconsin education than Clement:

Quote
Clement's offensive linemen told a different story after battling an Alabama front seven that's considered among the better units in recent memory.

A'Shawn Robinson was the name mentioned most by linemen as a defender that must be checked. Linebacker Reggie Ragland "was always in the right spot" and "a heck of an athlete," Stave said. Ragland's 12 tackles doubled the next-highest total, six from Eddie Jackson and Shaun Dion-Hamilton.

"They didn't really surprise us," center Dan Voltz said. "We watched a lot of tape of them. Really good front seven. Hard to find a better front seven across the country. ... They played better than us, flat out."

King Henry had more rushing yards on his first TD than Wisky did all night.
