Well, mighty Mizzou fell to the Vandy juggernaut 10-3. Missouri is 4-4 & 1-4 in SEC. They have scored 116 points in 8 games. They have scored 54 points combined against powerful Southeast Missouri State & Arkansas State. They beat UCONN 9-6. So. Carolina is so bad they lost 24-10 to Mizzou. I don't think Missouri fans will be calling Finebaum demanding respect & touting their 2 SEC Division titles & how they are an SEC power team.

Not sure why Mizzou offense is so terrible this year.  Mauk with drug problems, lack of focus, probably.  Their defense is still pretty solid, but they can't score.  That's why I said during the game that Vandy's early TD might be enough to win the game (and it was).

I told a friend after the SEC Championship last year Mizzou may not want to win the East again after the thrashings they took from the barn in '13 and us last year. It looks like they took my advice.

I thought they would have a drop off this year after losing a lot of seniors last year but not to below Vandy's level.

Missouri is averaging 14.5 points, but the last 3 games they have scored a total of 22 points, which is amazing. I wonder if they are having excessive injuries or are there some internal team problems?

The next time someone pooh poohs the our accomplishment of staying relevant year after year, point them to this Mizzoo team - reigning SECeast champs two years running. Now they're a high school team.

That's not a drop off, that's a complete plunge, like falling off a mountain.

Mizzou has lost their offense, and every other team in the east, except SC, is better this year.  Mizzou only won the east those two years because the other teams were down, way down.
