Quote The Rasmussen Consumer Index, which measures the economic confidence of consumers on a daily basis, rose two points on Thursday to 67.6. Consumer confidence is up two points from last week, shows little change from a month ago but is down 15 points from three months ago. A strong majority (65%) of adult consumers continue to believe the country is in a recession. Only 19% disagree with that assessment. |
