Quote Just 18% of adults say U.S. economic conditions are getting better while most (64%) say they are getting worse. The Rasmussen Investor Index dipped a point on Friday to 78.0. Investor confidence is little changed from a week ago, is up two points from a month ago but is down 14 points from three months ago. Among investors, 22% say the economy is getting better while 61% say conditions are getting worse.
