0 Third-down plays were converted into first downs on 11 attempts by Florida. The Gators also failed the only time they went for it on fourth down against Alabama. Before Saturday, Florida most recently failed to convert on any of its third-down snaps in its 1999 SEC Championship Game loss to Alabama, when the Gators went 0-for-9.
