Me, since Bama is playing the "Golden Flashes" and their mascot is an bird, I am either going with "Drunk Chicken" on the grill or wings with a spicy gold sauce. Next week maybe a little tougher. I have considered doing Chinese dish ( Lion being a cat and all ...) or just doing something from that region..either German, or Italian... A friend of mine from Blount county told me about cooking drunk chicken about ten years ago. I have cooked chicken that way and I like it. Dreamland has a gameday special. 3 slabs of ribs, 3 quarts of sides, and loaf bread in a cooler for $69.00. I love some good grilled burgers and Brats. I may do the brats or some form of Italian Sausage next week, for the PSU game. Maybe a "Joey Paterno" pastrami sub or something.
