Title: A&M troubles.
Post by: hscoach on December 17, 2015, 10:03:24 PM
I am seeing where some people think A&M will try and flip Jalen Hurts since they are losing 2 QB's.

I'm sure he can't wait to go to the A&M insane asylum. Plus, Sumlin may be gone after 2016.

With all the troubles that they are currently having, I don't see them being able to recruit a halfway decent water boy. No way they get Hurt. (No pun intended)

Anybody know if Sumlin is a drinker??  Something's askew.

BTW, Finebaum kept talking yesterday and Wednesday about Sumlin switching QBs this season.  That really started after Kyle Allen was injured vs Alabama.  During the Ole Miss game Allen could hardly throw 30 yards, and had no touch on the ball.  So I understand why the substitutions occurred then.  The callers seemed to not remember that.

But it seems now there is talk of promises broken, Kyler Murray wanting to play baseball, and all sorts of rumors.  Mark Richt has lost control!

It was clear after Manziel won the Heisman and went completely off the rails that Sumlin had no control over the program.  I don't see A&M rising to the top half of the West any time soon.

Exactly. I think most of us said during that period of time over there that Sumlin was staying there on borrowed time. In most cases in the business world, you never let the tail wag the dog and that has been pretty evident in Sumlins tenure as their coach.

Well, this could be a short-term solution.

I don't think CKS drinking matters as much as him being
more like the sheriff in Blazing Saddles , not wanted by the
higher echelon of good ole boys at A&M
CPB could drink with the best of em' and still win games  :lol2:
