The numbers of Americans who are not affiliated with either major political party has reached the highest level ever, as the number of Democrats has reached an all-time low.

During the month of August, voters not affiliated with either party grew from 32.1% in July to 33.5%, the highest level recorded in seven years of tracking.

In that month, the number of Republicans inched up from 33.1% to 33.5%. The past two months have been the lowest total for the GOP since they won control of the House last November.

While the ranks of unaffiliateds grew during the month of the debt ceiling debate, the number in the president’s party declined. Now, 33.0% consider themselves to be Democrats, down from 34.8% in July and the lowest level measured in seven years.

Well I am conservative in my thinking. I do however right now don't know of a party I would affliate with 100%. My voting will be for a ticket with just the Best on the card. RTR!
