I was watching "The Guns of Navarone" and flipping back to the SEC network to check on the game. Saw the score was 3-0 then when I went back the game was off. I just figured Bama went on a hitting spree and mercy ruled them...

Second Baseman Demi Turner was sliding into second head first and suffered a severe injury to her left arm. She was carried from the field with her left arm in an air cast. This doesn't look good for her, usually an air cast indicates a break.

The injury might be the elbow, possibly hyperextended, rather than a break but not sure. Hopefully it is something that won't end her season.
