—Safety Eddie Jackson (lower leg) and slot cornerback Minkah Fitzpatrick, who took a knee to the head last Saturday, were back on the field.

—The first-team offensive line that played throughout the victory over the Rebels remained intact. Left tackle Cam Robinson, left guard Ross Pierschbacher, center Bradley Bozeman, right guard Alphonse Taylor and right tackle Jonah Williams all worked together during a running drill...

And Ardarius on the sidelines...

The next 2 weeks prolly won't kill us without AS. We will need him after that. He's a great athlete and has become our go to guy.

And it'll give Cam Sims and others a chance to show their stuff.

Exactly! That reminds me, what happened to Robert Foster Saturday? He didn't play at all, did he?

Is Tony Brown even still on the team?  Last I heard he was in the doghouse, but I haven't even seen him on the sidelines.

I just googled him.  He is on a 4 game NCAA suspension.  I had forgotten about that.

So after KSU he comes back to play? I also wonder if he will be on the first unit ever at all with all the return positions filled and the DB's covered? RTR!

I'm not sure but I think that is right.  The article I found said that his suspension was expected to be reduced from 6 games to 4.  I stopped looking after I remembered the suspension, so I never saw anything that said whether it was actually reduced to 4 or if it was still 6.  The other headline I saw that was from last April when this all came out said that he was on an indefinite suspension by the NCAA.

So it looks like indefinite to 6 games to expected 4 games.  Indefinite is just what they start out with until they figure out what to do with you.

I thought Sims was dealing with nagging injuries?

At Sabans presser today, he said that he has gotten the final disposition on Brown but wasn't allowed to elaborate other than to say Brown had done everything asked of him.

I wonder if Brown comes back if he'll even be a part of either of the first 2 units. It seems whatever he did was something awfully serious so I guess he'll be going to a community college next year. Now this is just my personal guess of an opinion. RTR!

He'll play.  Seems that Coach Saban has accepted Tony's situation as a challenge.  :lol2:
