If Mike Fracchia hadn't gotten injured in '62 we'd have been NC that year too. Only lost one game by one point!!

The 70's were a great time to be a Bama fan. Dominate teams playing for championships almost every year. It is very difficult to compare different eras but what we are doing now might even be better.
Bryant and Saban have a lot in common. They both are tireless recruiters, use the rules to their advantage, adapt/change with the times and out work the competition.We are very fortunate both of these great coaches landed in Tuscaloosa.
