Well we all know the ohio state and michigan game will wash one out. It is for tv ratings only and to of course make joey galloway hush for a little while. The only team I see there that wins out I would not want to if I was a coach is Alabama. The big shocker for me is at #8 and #10. How long has it been since PSU and Colorado was even close to Top 10 and especially with the punishment of PSU. RTR!

A bit crazy that #2, 3, and 4 lost -- yet all 3 stayed in the top 4.   :dunno:  The Louisville folks are pissed big-time.  I listened to the venom on talk shows last night while I was driving.  But they'll get into the playoffs now if they keep winning.  Washington will likely lose again, and they'll be out.

Funny how the Big 10 insisted a few years ago that no 2 teams from the same conference should be among the top 4, and only conference champions should be in; now they're trying like hell to get 2 in.  They're pushing for either Wisconsin or Penn State to move up if they keep winning.  :lol2:

Louisville has some holes on their pleading. Yes, they've only lost to Clemson, but they squeaked by Duke and Virginia (a game they darn near lost), and were down at home to Wake Forest 12-3 at the half. They are leaning heavily on their trouncing of FSU and NC St.

The committee needs to give Louisville a strong message that weak SOS is a criterion that keeps you out of the playoffs.  Otherwise we'll have those crappy teams whining every year!

True. That's also why Washington is on the outside looking in.

I have to agree with Chechem also. I think the Big 10er is trying their best to get 2 teams even at the expense of a loser of PSU ow Wisconsin as a 2nd team in the playoffs. As we know Mich. and tosu will push one out. RTR!

Along with the ref that made the worst call in CF history so he could personally apologize.
