This bill would make the above provisions inapplicable to a child under 18 years of age who is alleged to have engaged in conduct that would, if committed by an adult, violate the above provisions. In essence, the State of California has just legalized child prostitution. I do however hope God has Mercy on those children to guide them away from what the idiots does. I too hope they leave our states and go to Mexico. RTR!
