For all the people who thought Saban lied when he said he wasn't going to be the coach at Alabama; he did not. He had already made the decision to stay at Miami. Mal, at the 11th hour, talked him into taking the Alabama job. Finebaum interviewed Mal's daughter Heather recently on his show and she talked about the autobiography. I told my wife to drop a hint to the kids I wanted it. I have not started reading it yet. I have a long flight coming up on Tuesday and I have been saving it to read on the plane.
