The SEC website has confirmed the Cecil Hurt twitter that Coach Crisp referenced that CBS is using the six-day selection so we will not know the Florida start time until Sunday.
Quote CBS has elected to use a six-day selection for games on October 1. CBS will televise two games, one at 3:30 ET and one at 8:00 ET, on October 1. The games being held are Alabama at Florida, Texas A&M vs. Arkansas in Dallas and Auburn at South Carolina. Two of the three will be on CBS with the times to be selected on six days as well.
