FAYETTEVILLE - When it comes to Alabama, Arkansas players seem more concerned about the 11 people lined up across from them than the 101,000 or so that will be crammed in around them Saturday.

The game will serve as the first on the road this season for the No. 14 Razorbacks (3-0) and the crowd noise could serve as a real test for an offensive line with a pair of first-year starters at tackle.

“Whoever is out there is going to do a good job,” Arkansas quarterback Tyler Wilson said. “They’ll be well-prepared. I’m sure it’ll be an adjustment to adapt to the atmosphere. It’s no different than a lot of the atmospheres we play in.”

Arkansas struggled to contain Troy’s pass rush Saturday, allowing three sacks to the Trojans. That is sure to be tested again this week against an Alabama defense many call the best in college football.

The "Matt Jones" who penned this article clearly is not the "Matt Jones" QB of Arky's past.

The Razorbacks welcomed back a trio of seniors to practice Tuesday in receivers Greg Childs and Jarius Wright, and defensive end Jake Bequette. Wright (knee) and Bequette (hamstring) missed the Troy game with injuries, while Childs missed the game with a death in the family.

Looks like they'll be at full strength when they arrive in Tuscaloosa.  Goodie.

I believe the Matt Jones Arkansas' former QB is still a NFL tight end.
