Obama is waving at the camera and has his hand in front of that prime ministers' face. Quote Well if President Barack Hussein Obama KNEW the diplomatic protocols in regards to international relations, he WOULD NOT DO WHAT HE DID, wave in this picture still. Even conservative talk radio show host Rush Limbaugh talked about wether or not it was “photoshop” . It was not. This was for real, not photoshop El Rushbo. What can I say, frankly I am not surprised by how this picture turned out. We have a President in the White House who simply just does not take being a LEADER in any serious form whatsoever.
