My question is "How do you tear a bicep?" That sounds awfully painful to me. RTR!



Anything made of tissue or some fibrous material can tear. Bones fracture, other stuff is strained/sprained, or torn. More than likely he tore a tendon on connecting the bicep at the elbow or shoulder.
