Uh oh, I hate that for the kid if it is true.  As for Notre Dame, I hope he hangs them out to dry if it is true...

Nothing is beyond the aloof, uncaring Brian Kelly. Remember the farce with the student being killed while filming football practice in high winds? The word at the time was that Kelly insisted he get on the lift.

Quote
The 20-year-old Notre Dame student who was killed when the hydraulic lift he was on fell over as he filmed the football team on a windy day had expressed displeasure about practice being held outside, according to a state report released Tuesday.

It seems that there will be more need for brain injury attorneys .  Lots more concussion-related lawsuits are probably coming to college football.  Then it will probably extend to other type injuries.

Sports medical staff need to be very competent these days.

When you're looking for a scapegoat for your failing football team, just look for the one being sued.
