With the RB depth we already have I think it will be tough to get a top, 5* recruit to commit to Bama. Maybe we can get one if Damien announces for the NFL before NSD in Feb. These days, with such a long season and more games for injuries to happen, you need four RBs who are ready to play. They have moved up in the rankings to number 9 on Rivals and 7 on Scout.

I don't pay attention to stars. Saban and staff are better at evaluating talent than the Todd McShays of the world. Jacobs was a 3 star? I bet NFL scouts already have him penciled into their notebooks; he has the type of talent that translates well to the next level, a 5 star talent for sure.
