Title: "Florida wasn't man enough to handle Alabama, but who is?"

Richardson is the kind of football player Rainey and Demps would like to be when they grow up, even though, like most humans, they have no chance to grow to that size and maintain that speed.

Quote
After watching Richardson shake, rattle and roll for a career-high 181 yards and two touchdowns, it would be an injustice not to stop and offer the following unpaid political advertisement.

"3 4 Heisman."

This is a good article.  I approve.

that's funny ... I was over reading what the gator folks were saying about the game last night
and the hot topic was TR and his ability to run right through them  & why Urban let him get away
the verdict was that TR didn't fit Urban's player profile , why ? not fast enough

Anybody saying TR didn't fit Urban's profile conveniently forgot about Urban spending an entire evening with Trent, begging him to choose Florida.  It didn't work.  It worked out pretty well for TR.  ;)

Kevin Scarbinsky surprises me sometimes and writes a good article, this was a nice read. I agree with him that Alabama and LSU should be ranked 1A and 1B at this point.

Awesome article - excellent read with my morning coffee.

It's good to be a Bama fan, today and every day 8)

After writing such a positive piece about Bama, Scarbo probably had to take extra Prozac to get over it.

I for one am really glad Trent didn't like Urban's spread O  ... I hope he will become our 2nd Heisman Trophy Winner

Good stuff. Thanks.    #+

If you didn't feel the earth move after Florida's opening touchdown, you can't totally appreciate the ferocity of the Alabama offense's response, primarily in the person of Trent Richardson and his escorts. They ran into the teeth of the Florida defense and extracted those teeth one by one.

Without Novocain, no less.
