Temple scores, 20-7 Temple. They scored earlier on a pick 6, too.


I picked Duke to win.

Pinstripe Bowl (NYC): Miami vs Wisconsin. I picked Wisconsin because every time I pick Miami, I lose

Texas Bowl (Houston): Vandy vs Baylor.   Picked Vandy D to win

I prefer this format of posting a thread for each day of a bowl game. One giant thread for ALL the bowls is too cumbersome. Good going Ricky.

Doorbell rang as Duke was driving the ball. FEDEX delivery. Thanks for picking up the slack. Saw replay of 22 yard TD pass. Excellent pass by Duke QB.

Are we heading for one of those 49-45 games or more?

Not sure.  But since I picked Temple to win I have to pull against Duke who I would really rather win...  >:(

The only betting suggestion I saw was PICK THE OVER.  So yeah, probably.

Duke scores on the opening drive of the 2nd half.  Now lead 28-27...

Duke driving, rather easily I might say. Duke gets on 3 yard line then tries to get tricky. Stupid. Now they score on QB run. Duke 28 Temple 27. Missed xtra point might bite Temple in rear end.

Duke defense finally shows up. 3 and out for Temple.

Duke scores on 85 yard pass play. More running than a pass. 35-27 Duke.  7:28 left in 3rd qtr

No, but you can do a free trial on Hulu, free trial on Sling, and/or free trial on Youtube and watch the games...  (just have to remember to cancel before they charge you.)

I'm watching the Bowls with Sling, where DVR is extra.  I might have to add free trials of Youtube TV and Hulu and compare them for the rest of Bowl week.   ???

Wisconsin scores after a bad interception by Miami QB. I saw it coming, the QB was staring at his WR all the way then threw the interception. Ugly. 14-0 Wisconsin

I'm not paying too much attention, but every time I look at the TV some Wisconsin player is running all over Miami and dragging several players down the field with him.

Well I won't win anything out of picking these things. RTR!

Miami got an interception and drove ball down the field Should have had a FG, got a FG instead. 14-3 Wisconsin.

Wisconsin is a running team, like 75% of the time. Miami should play a 6 man front or 8 in the box and dare Badgers to pass.

The Yankees from Wisconsin are beating the crap out of the unprepared team from Miami. I picked Wisconsin but I expected more from a Mark Richt team.

I picked Miami.  Had they covered I would have jumped up to 2nd place.  Instead I dropped all the way to 13th place.  >:( >:( >:(

You missed the point I made about my picking Wisconsin because every time I have picked Miami they lose.

It appeared to me that there were a lot of holding calls that weren't called, specially that fourth quarter

And Baylor was interfering on many Vandy passes...

Oh wait, it was Vandy -4 not Vandy +4.  I thought it was Vandy +4 the whole time I was watching that game yesterday.  :-[
