Some folks take a long time to fully recover so we'll have to see how they do. I hope, for the sake of all the players, that there is not a breakout that runs on and on for several weeks.

That's my concern. A lot of positive things need to fall into place to have the season start on time. This is not one of them. Maybe not? :dunno: The Oxford, MS paper said a trainer and an "athlete" tested positive. Just as vague a description as expected from the OM athletic dept. Also heard yesterday that 3 Aub players tested positive. Like I've said, NO WAY these knuckleheads will avoid contact with other people. Hard to see how they'll be able to field a team unless athletic dorms are allowed again. :facepalm: |
