It is expected that Saban will address Sanders' situation and will provide more updates on the running back's status

It has to be something more substantial. Plus, a broken foot would be seen by the Andrews Clinic at St. Vincents. Just guessing.

That's done most commonly for life-threatening injuries or unconscious victims. Privacy issues are limiting the information released.
