Title: Rumors Post by: N.AL-Tider on January 07, 2021, 08:59:44 AM I was listening to a sports talk show last night. This was a couple of Bama guys, Wes Neighbors being one of them, and they took a call from someone they knew in/around the Auburn program. The Auburn guy asked if they had heard anything about Patrick Nix possibly taking an assistant coaching job at South Carolina. They reluctantly admitted that they had heard some rumblings about it. Then, the Aub dropped a subtle bomb mentioning the transfer portal.

He has regressed under the offensive genius Malzahn and wasted 2 years of his career.

I think he stays for at least next year unless he and the new staff do not get along. He may be a decent QB is they can develop him but he is the same happy feet QB with bad fundamentals that stepped on the Auburn campus almost three years ago.

I think he stays for at least next year unless he and the new staff do not get along. He may be a decent QB is they can develop him but he is the same happy feet QB with bad fundamentals that stepped on the Auburn campus almost three years ago. I think he stays. His happy feet are the direct result of poor to non-existent coaching or development by Malzahn. It seems most Barn fans and others didn’t understand that Malzahn wanted a strong running game and only pass when necessary, not a modern passing attack. ??? |
