Title: Kyle Flood (OL coach) going with Sark to TX Post by: Hannibal Lecter, MD on January 14, 2021, 08:56:24 AM I guess he and Sark are buddies. He came from the Falcons the same year Sark did.
Hopefully he'll be the only defector. Title: Re: Kyle Flood (OL coach) going with Sark to TX Post by: McBaman on January 14, 2021, 09:09:33 AM Well, if Flood is good enough to be OC at UTX why isn't he good enough to be OC at Bama? Can't blame Flood for leaving for a better job. Or for wanting to keep learning from Sark.
I hate it when our coordinators leave for HC jobs and then want to take some of our ass't coaches with them. Seems unfair but I guess it's one of the laws of the jungle. Ricky, I don't think anyone on the staff bleeds Crimson outside maybe Freddie Roach. It's about advancing their careers and taking care of their family...and of course happiness. While it may not give you warm and fuzzies, they care about their players even if they don't have special ties to the school. CNS hires people who take pride in their work.
