Quote “The reason I had to step out, we had major damage at my house,” Spann said when he returned to the ABC 33/40 broadcast. “My wife is OK, but the tornado came right through there and it’s not good, it’s bad. It’s bad.” After sharing the news with viewers, Spann put his personal problems aside to warn residents of the tornadoes path. Title: Re: James Spann's home hit by tornado Post by: Chechem on March 26, 2021, 04:47:44 AM Good weatherman. I was watching him yesterday while talking with RE on the phone.
I switched to watch a storm chaser, Steven MacLeroy. Steven had just been talking on the phone describing the tornado they were watching near Centerville AL. The car in front of them turned left as Steven was attempting to pass it, and they wrecked. The telecast went off. Later Steven reported he was okay. Those storm chasers are crazy! :stars: |
