Title: MLB caves Post by: 2Stater on April 02, 2021, 04:20:08 PM The chickensh** MLB joins those who want to blackmail the State of Georgia for their new voting laws. They are moving the all-star game from Atlanta. Yesterday, I watched the Braves lose to the Phillies. As much as I love baseball, that was the last MLB game I will ever watch.
They are calling for The Masters to do the same. I can tell you right now, The Masters will tell them where to shove it. The PGA is a different matter. They may cave too. Where does this end? Knee jerk reactions by different factions, protesting because they don't like something? Only, this is more than protesting, it's truly blackmail. And I bet you dollars to donuts they don't even know what's really in the bill. Georgia has the right to do what they can to ensure a fair election. Sports simply needs to stay out of politics. Last year, I quit the NFL and the NBA, not that I ever watched that much pro basketball, but I'm fed up with the politics in sports. Just like politics don't belong in the Quad here. Virtue signaling and cancel culture are the ways of today and sucks. IT REALLY SUCKS!!! Biden has already been "awarded" the "Four Pinocchio" designation for spreading false information (lying) about it on multiple occasions. That's pretty impressive considering how few times Biden has actually spoken in public since sworn in.
