I've been amazed, confused, bewildered, by Oklahomas lofty ranking all along. I was OKAY with it the pre-season poll but that was all.

Not sure what this is since BCS poll doesn't "kick in" until the 8th week?

Before you start dancing, look at Boise.

With the UGA win, Boise has played a tougher sched so far, than OU.

Funny how both Boise and Clemson are ahead of Oklahoma, but wait, they've both beaten an SEC team.

I expect Clemson's victory against the Barn to bring less BCS movement after the Barn loses a few.

And no one really knows how good Georgia is.  Losing to USCe didn't help.

That is correct WV. BCS standings are not available until the 8th week of the season. That would mean they come out after the Alabama-Tennessee game this year.

This poll must be how the BCS computers are currently ranking teams today on Oct. 5th. Sports writers must get to view the advanced rankings or Brad Edwards sent them to Cecil Hurt.  :dunno:

Texas, Illinois, and Wisconsin baffle me.

The computers clearly aren't watching the same games we are!

(Margin of victory, how a team won, have no place in the computer's brain.)

Good thing the computers are not the only source of ratings.

I don't know, I am still not completely sold on Clemson yet. They shredded a laughable barn defense, and then knocked off a hurting FSU. Give them credit for the Virginia Tech win, but I keep waiting to see when they wake up and realize they are Clemson and drop a few.
