I say, yes. Schools should still provide food, training services, medical, and such. Base lodging, with option for athlete(self-pay) for off-campus/private lodging. This would open scholarships to players who would normally not receive them. If you are making $100k/yr.+ b/c your picture is on a billboard, you sell autographs/pictures, etc., b/c you play football at BAMA. Then you can pay your way and give somebody else a shot.
